1. The through-feeding type can help much to reduce the clogging issue, the PTFE can reach to the end of the heatbreak tube. If you need the hotend kit to print ABS filament, please choose the High temp. type.
2. As for the Temperature measurement methods here, it supports both thermistors and thermocouples.
3. This hotend kit is similar to the 3D ones, BUT the size is a little different. Please check the drawings below for more details.
Note: The high temp. type can also print the PLA filament, but because the tube inside are all metal, and the thermal conductivity is good, which is easy to make the heat to the whole tube, and result in the material to melt in advance, and then the clugging happens. So if you print PLA with the high temp. type, you should set the temperature well. If only or usually for printing PLA, the through-feeding type is recommended.
The main body of the hotend kit is of high purity aviation aluminum, and they are produced by the CNC machine that imported from German. Also for the appearance of the product, we find the anode surface treatment manufacturer to make two colors that are different from other similar products to ensure the uniqueness of the product.
